MITTELEUROPA was established as a group of companies by Jaroslav Novák, a Prague-based lawyer, as early as in 2011. Since the beginning, the group has focused on real estates and investments in the agricultural sector. As far as real estates are concerned, the group has made several successful development and real estate investments, where it has operated either only as an investor or through its companies as a project manager and implementer. It specializes in medium-sized real estates and projects in the Czech capital, Prague, and the immediate vicinity of Prague. In the past, its projects included www.rezidencerybalkova.cz or www.domyprknovka.cz, etc.
In addition, the group has - as an investor - invested (both in the form of loans and capital investments) in the agricultural sector. In addition to the production of feed mixtures and trade in commodities, it mainly invested in the production of eggs and egg products.
The COVID19 pandemic has not had any negative impact on the group's business.
